What’s the solution to this? Should Amazon open up public restrooms? I travel constantly for work, and I’ve learned to just build bathroom breaks into my day. Would relaxing the metrics be a solution?
Relaxing the metrics would be one solution. I think this or required pit stops at the loading facility for bathroom/meal breaks would work. Adding the location of public bathrooms on the apps the drivers use would also help. In all cases though most likely fewer packages would be delivered per driver cutting into profitability. How UPS and FedEx deal with this issue?
