My application https://sitecontentmonitor.com track the web pages and compare the changes for each visit against the previous visit. For each visit it does store the plain text or HTML source or take screenshot of the web page based on the customer setting for each url. And let the customer to be informed if there are any changes on text or screenshot or HTML source of the page or pixel change in screenshot. Visit frequency as well to be collected from the customer during the url entry creation. Web page checks are monetized.
