- Stick with the top 2-3 habits, don't add more.

- Instant gratification is important, keep your first habit as simple as watering plants, etc.,

- Just read a page, meditate for 5 minutes, etc., simplify your habit, so you can do it easily.

- Push yourself to the next level every few days.
