I really appeeciate everything about LibreOffice especially the way it handles CSV files . Excel tries to re-format fields it has no business reformatting.

I was wondering the same thing and under "Is it ready yet?" it states:

> Yes for sure. LibreOffice Online is here and still growing in feature-richness.

Yet there is no link here nor further in the document.

Sure. The version of LibreOffice online that people know, is now developed from another spot: https://collaboraonline.github.io/ So all hackers welcome there scratch their itch ;)
