If hypothetically you could take two years off your line of work and had the choice to immerse yourself in any industry, with the goal of learning how it works and finding startup opportunities, which industry would you choose, and why?

Medicine, ideally surgery. I have zero knowledge of it and stand in awe of what I see high end doctors achieve. This isn't even a humanitarian "help my fellow man" thing. It just seems amazing.

I enjoy looking at domain expiries. They're fun to play with, especially if you're a domain collector like me hah.
