While I may use an iPhone 5S (I just replaced its battery - can't believe how long the battery lasts now), I would prefer to use a non-proprietary phone. So, preferably no Google and no Apple.
In reality, I just need a PHONE with a good camera and multimedia texting, and one that isn't the size of TV.
I shake my head at the size of recent phones. I went through 15 years of mobile phones going from bricks to the size that fitted comfortably into a shirt-pocket. Only to see them start going back to being huge and unwieldy again.
