My first computer was an Amiga 500 and I guess my fondness for the Amiga never really diminished. A couple of years ago I started experimenting with C in AmigaOS, and I wanted to take on something substantial as a challenge for myself.
Since I use a tiling window manager for most of my daily work, I wanted to explore if a tiling wm was possible using AmigaOS' Intuition library. I also wanted to write some C. I have had lots of fun and learned alot - the project has been a labor of love really. Dintwm should be fairly easy to extend and is already quite customizable through tooltypes.
