I think it's really pretty, but hard to see. It needs more contrast or variation
I'm finding that I like using Nord theme for much of my system UI where low-contrast reduces distractions (window decorations, buttons and other widgets, terminals, etc), but for my code editor I want something with slightly more contrast, and more saturated colors. doom-palenight fits that bill, and it compliments Nord fairly well on the rest of the screen imho.

Used it for a bit after using Solarized for years. Ended up cycling it out, I had the same problem I had with Solarized. High contrast for things I don't care about, low contrast for things that I sometimes do.

A big pro is that they have made ports for pretty much every tool most devs use.

What are you using now?
Gruvbox Theme. It didn't really fix my main concerns, but I have been using it for a year or so.
Visually appealing. The site could use some better caching particularly on fonts. Seeing FOUT on 2+ page loads is pretty jarring.
