On the contrary, the move almost everywhere has been to encourage people to move outside. Eating outside, haircuts outside, etc.

If you mean staying inside your own home, well, if you have coronavirus inside your home, then someone is already infected and you are very likely going to get it.

Oh, now Schrödingers lockdown has not been to give people an area around their house they can’t leave, suggesting they should stay in the house, combined with curfews that start hours before sunset and allowing people to leave the house with documentation only.

Such as the danish Mink industry being shutdown in the name of caution. That cost the danish taxpayers more than $2 billion dollars.

It is actually pretty interesting; that industry had the benefit of laws that state companies that are shutdown have to be compensated. For some weird reason, that does not apply to a restaurant.
