Top court sides with Google in copyright dispute with Oracle (seattletimes.com)

And Oracle is still up over 2.2% today (with Nasdaq being up 1.5%). Proving that this entire lawsuit was pretty pointless. Even Oracle's own investors didn't think these copyrights were worth defending.
