Signal-Server code not public since April 22 2020 (github.com)

I know they might be busy and overworked but this attitude of not responding to criticisms or concerns is never a good look.

Meanwhile their twitter account is happily posting cheeky tweets:

But why would Signal not publish their code? Didn't they just receive a generous quasi donation from that Whatsapp guy?

Can anybody imagine what could be going on?
