Ask HN: Best Upcoming HTML/CSS/JS UI Frameworks

In your opinion, what's the best upcoming web UI frameworks for apps written for web application development?

Every time I search for web user interfaces I find the same few frameworks, and top-X articles linking to the same few frameworks. (In some cases even depreciated frameworks)

What's not making it through the SEO boundary?

I just ran across Nexus UI, which appears to be a music focused UI. Neat (and useful) :-) https://nexus-js.github.io/ui/
