But I think I'm as ignorant about agricultural issues as I am about athletics, it's just that if you look at, say, What the Health[0] or Cowspiracy[1] you immediately get a feeling the crew started with a thesis and then looked for reasons to sustain it, but didn't bother at all with different views.

Netflix has some great documentaries (Icarus is really good) but I would stay away from anything related from alimentary/food sustainability issues.
