I don't know how much it matters that children have simplistic moral beliefs but I think it matters a great deal that they tend to retain these beliefs in adulthood and that just about everything in our culture encourages this:
Parenting at this time is very difficult, with all this information on the Internet, you no longer know if such beliefs are good. After all, this upbringing will affect their adult life. Maybe we should reconsider the methods of parenting (https://ivypanda.com/essays/parenting-methods-pros-and-chall...)
