Speech to Text Alternatives?

Need to convert audio files to text for some work. Trying to find a good api. Google speech2text, Microsoft azure, etc. kinda expensive ~$1.4 for every hour of audio file transcribed.

Are there any cheaper API alternatives for speech to text transcription ?
