A huge company making a major investment in actually producing something, especially something that has a dangerously limited global supply chain, is nothing but good. This is the exact opposite of what many watchers predicted for this old behemoth, which was a further devolution into services and corporate fuckery eventually leading to breakup and auction of it's major parts.
