I installed an Insinger RL-30 at my old house, which otherwise lacked a dishwasher. I don't regret it, but I'd agree with the maker of this video; you cannot expect a commercial washer to be a straight-up replacement for a domestic dishwasher. Yes, it is amazing to throw a tray full of glasses in the machine and pop them out again, steaming themselves dry, two minutes later - but it doesn't save as much work as you'd hope it might, because you have to hand-rinse everything beforehand. You can't just chuck the dirty dishes in the box and forget about them like you can with a domestic machine.
