DDoS Is Not Dead: Building a Scalable DDoS Framework

I'm developing a cloud-based DDoS framework for testing DDoS defenses and anti DDoS capabilities. Would love to share the project with the community, and I'm also offering a fully free simulation to non-profit organizations that has been affected by DDoS and extortion attacks, and to startups focused on privacy and digital rights.
