What useful utilities have you developed at work?

I'm interested in getting an idea of what kind of problems have other software engineers/technical folks encountered, and if they've discovered or developed some neat utilities to solve these issues.

Maybe schedulers, workflow optimization tools, utility scripts to catch regressions/code smells, profilers or parsers etc.

Any creative solutions to niche/common problems are welcome!
