On the contrary, I feel like it being profitable will help others go with the movement since the profit itself could be a motivator for those who don't care about the ecological impact
Apple already is making an electric self driving car. They are talking about 200k vehicles that could be substituted by 50k additional electric self driving cars, that don’t seem much by 2030.
I’d like to see a significant portion dedicated to moonshots with 100x potential impact. Fund the science that government funding ignores in favour of more certain incrementalism.
