Ask HN: What tools do you use to collect and manage user feedback?

At your company, what tools do y'all use to collect and manage feedback from your users?

We currently use a combination of Jira + Github + Notion, but sometimes it's hard to consolidate feedback from all the various channels (video interviews, emails, in-app chat, etc.)

Curious if anyone has a good system set up for getting, prioritizing, managing, and then following up on feedback?
