He does not know what he is talking about and he attracts attention by expressing himself rudely. If he had had a good argument he could have used it quietly and politely.
Should have been "Hi Bjarne", but the author made a typo and missed the j.
"barne" is not really a word, although it is how you conjugate child (barn) for use in compound words (baby carriage = barnevogn), which is probably why Google translate decided to go with "kids".
