normally these kinds of narrative web experience systems drive me batty, but i'll allow it.
one does have to wonder: why spend all that effort to make clean fuel, just to emit it back as (net-zero) pollutant again? for that effort, an electric vehicle could be major net positive. but i get that this all happens in phases, that this would indeed help, versus digging up more oil.
