I presume you are talking about buying a domain from a domain squatter.
I wouldn't buy from a squatter. So far I have been able to come up with suitable domain names and use various means to get referrals based on suitable search terms, etc. I believe that people use a search engine more than they bother remembering domain names. Of course, I could be wrong.
