Okay so this is a riff on a famous HN post but it is genuine - I am looking for a cofounder for PropertyWebBuilder.

About 5 years ago I built an open source real estate website builder. It gained some traction but failed in its main objective which was to help me find someone to work with me on the commercial version.

I recently released the commercial SAAS version but as I still haven't found a cofounder I am going to put out a call here. Over the last few years I have clarified the requirements for the product that will have the widest market appeal by speaking to dozens of potential clients. For one I went the full hog and built a site for €5000 plus a €100 monthly fee. Once I achieve scale I can be profitable at a fraction of that price.

Who do I want to meet?

Initially I wanted a technical cofounder but now most of the important features have been built. Would still be nice to have one more technical person on board but I feel the most value would come from someone with a strong marketing / sales background. The next major phase for PropertyWebBuilder is to figure out a sales strategy and experiment with as many markets as possible.
