It took me a little bit to figure out how this would integrate with our side, but it looks like it talks to Jabber servers? That's clever.

We could integrate that into the backend software directly, or use google talk, as you suggest.

How is this different 99K other live-chat-for-your-website options? ;)

We use Jabber, Gtalk and Skype.

Also about how are we different

- Adds call functionality. Customers can call directly from browser without installing anything new

- Integrates with Skype and Google Talk. Other IMs are around the corner. Hosted in AppEngine and Amazon cloud for scalability and speed (currently is the fastest live-chat)

- Social Tabs - you can customize the widget to show Twitter, Facebook and other social communities.

Looks great...I'll try you guys out for the site I'm building at the moment.
Your login form is susceptible to a trivial XSS attack. The content of the username field when posting an invalid username/password pair is embedded in the response and is not escaped at all.

You should get someone to take a serious look at the security of your site.
