the lawsuit isn't that they banned him. it's that they accused him of operating multiple accounts and some other statements that he claims are false and defamatory.
Wow, the irony of the Veritas guy complaining about defamation. Do you think he realizes it?
As a public figure, he'd have to prove malicious intent, and then there is the matter of how much injury he suffered

Is it defamatory if it is in a private email between Twitter and him?

His claim is that Twitter defamed him, but he is the only one who published their statement. What am I missing?
