Review my startup & my new website? (clickdesk.com)

I am a startup business and got my new website up and running today.

My business (ClickDesk) is the first social live chat service to integrate social communications and voice support into it. The service is 100% cloud based and live-agents chat directly from their IM account (eg: GTalk/Skype) on desktop, laptop & mobile.

I am particularly looking for feedback on my Browser phone functionality (voice support) & UI themes...
