Ask HN: Woven shutdown, recommendations for free multi-calendar scheduling app

Hi HN, I've been using Woven as my go to to manage my 5 calendars and create scheduling links to share with people. I just noticed they will shit down at the end of May and in looking for alternatives I couldn't find any free alternatives. If all else fails I'll probably go to x.ai or calendar.com but close to $100 / year is enough for me to at least look for alternatives

Disclaimer: I'm the cofounder of Reclaim.ai.

We're not a calendar app like Woven, but you might find reclaim.ai a good way to ensure you have your time universally blocked out on all calendars.

The challenge with x.ai or Calendly or similar is that your availability won't be universally blocked out unless people book through those services. So if someone chooses "find a time" on the corporate calendar system, they might think you're free when you're not. That's where Reclaim's sync can help.

In addition to our service, you can also of course use a calendar app. I recommend you check out Vimcal or Fantastical, the former which is just a really nice product and the latter which has native Reclaim integration (it understands our synced events and displays them as a logical single event).

Sounds like a different but equally valid to solve my ultimate problem, will definitely check it out. I tried to IFTTT my way to calendar syncing across accounts but it was a mess
By the way the FAQs toggles on your site don’t work for me (Firefox on IPad Pro iPadOS 14)
Woven is shutting down? Couldn't have happened to a nicer two fellows.
