Katello Project - Open Source Cloud Lifecycle Management from Red Hat (katello.org)

This looks like an interesting project. It combines a number of other open source components like Puppet, Pulp, Candlepin, and Foreman into a management application that has both a Rails front end or Python-based CLI.
