Ask HN: Is Instagram flooding people with “come back” email?

I've been receiving the famous "come back" email from them every 15 minutes and it's starting to be quite annoying (to put it mildly) and wondered if just a very targeted flood attack or if some HNer were also being impacted with a bug IG ?
