I built a SaaS founders community with a companionship operating system

Hi, My name is Mourad, I run saascompanions.com as a side gig. We are as of today, 145 members.

I'm a head of ops and investor at a French VC focused on SaaS/Entreprise. Last year when covid hit, I wanted to create a community for our portfolio startups, I started by running it on a slack.. after few months I've noticed that all current community platforms are chat-based, few have built-in tools, and members need to check in often to not miss important stuff.

My conclusion was that online communities who are built on top of slack, FB groups, etc... are not focused on ROI.

I then went to create a complete operating system for companionship, think the cavalry of Alexander the great.

The difference between a classic community and ours that runs on an O.S, is that we have built-in tools, and I decided to make it async.

For the tools to build the community, I used Notion, Super.so, Airtable, Typeform and some native coding.
