If you had built in nudges within a bug tracker would you prefer that over a PM?

One annoying problem we are trying to solve with inbuilt nudges in the bug tracker we are building https://bugasura.io is nudge people to act on things they need to act but have not.

Hopefully our next step is to let people define their own nudges and SLA's to close bugs assigned ot them.
