A Lot of negative effects listed. I've never heard anyone having something like that including myself. But the n is probably a couple of hundreds of doses.
Depending on the user and setting you can be absolutely buzzing off not much acid at all (particularly if you're sat still and relaxed, i.e. working with electronics), so it doesn't sound impossible.
