Surely this runs afoul of Twitter's vaunted Community Guidelines, doesn't it?

His response: "It's actually a quote from her published story (https://theintercept.com/2021/02/18/oracle-china-police-surv...) ... so can't possibly be "doxing.""

And to his credit, it is; but it's clearly terrible behavior from Oracle VP (but expected, given Oracle)

Surprising an Oracle VP would have no bio, no banner, and just 5 tweets.

If you're going to post a low-effort tweet, can you at least use spellcheck first?
