Hello,

I'm feeling worried because I think I let my full name, phone number and email address get into the wrong hands. How much damage can someone do with a personal email, phone number and full name?

I just got chills all of a sudden. Like I fucked up.

Quick non-complete mitigation tips:

Change password on said email (to a strong password suggested by your password manager). Enable 2FA on said email and important accounts.

Optional:

Create new email address and enroll there important accounts (bank, government, etc)
