The whole idea of habits, habit tracking, etc. has become this weird productivity growth hacking abomination.
That said, the second half of this article is interesting and has useful ideas - I just find the opening few sentences asserting everything in our life is a result of habits to be rather absurd. I wouldn't buy the book.
I was going to complain that this blog post seemed like a rip off of the book Atomic habits. I'm not very clever.
