I can't tell if Elixir is Drupal 2.0 or the real deal

This is 10 days after my second vaccine shot so I went drinking hard tonight. Tipsy if you call this that, I'm looking at the internet and wondered if Elixir is the real deal.

YES it's the real deal! If you ask Hackernews it's like a better ruby, a better java, a better everything! If you ask Tiobe index it's the number 48 most popular language (between Haskell and FoxPro (?) ) , so if u wanna invest your time in that language go ahead. Lots of FoxPro and Elixir dev jobs out there for sure!
