Ask HN: How to learn ReactJS and Node.js in 1 hour chunks?

Hi! I'm a Python dev and I was wondering if there was a way to learn ReactJS and Node.js in my free time each day in 1 hour chunks?

I'd really want to get a personal project done but I don't know where to start and what are the best resources for these? I want to be as efficient as possible since I don't have much free time as a parent of 1 (soon to be 2!).
