Ask HN: Can we make money from speech to text?

We recently got into a deal with AWS and Google Cloud on storage/compute and AI.

As part of a larger deal, we can also help AWS and Google Cloud customers save 40% on their speech to text volumes(kinda reseller). Ofcourse, it can be more depending on volume. This is an expensive API and I believe organizations would love this.

however, this isnt core to our business. we are a BPO and consequently, we do not know how to run this business.

should we get into this business? if yes, how?
