Big question! Posting on HN is good but of course it’s a one off. Then you are looking at SEO, article marketing, social media. You need to think about who wants this and where they hang out. I normally find tools like this in Google, or more recently DDG.
If your product is awesome enough you could post it in Reddit’s directly. I’m not sure it’s there yet because there are a lot of competing sites that do the same thing. Maybe technically you are better but from a user point of view I seem to get the same kind of result as any other domain name suggester.

Yes, I understand that from user point of view all name generaters are same thats why I am working on freemium packages which will include company branding,domain, web designing, web development, assistance in anything related to running a startup. It will be on monthly subscription basis.
My main goal is to enable user to focus on their core business and transfer all the non-business work to Name Batao.
It is like hiring a whole company to work for you by subscribing to relevant package.
