Maybe some Cuban students cooked one up at the E.E. department (are they allowed to import Gallium Nitride transitors?), maybe you can find one on Alibaba if you look hard enough.
The "targeted individual" community may wind up vindicated in the end.
maybe this tech needs to be conceiled by all actors because if the theories behind the weapons becomes mainstream, anyone could start making powerful weaponry just repurposing home magnetrons.
