One day we’ll look back at our consumption of caffeine and think “what the fuck were we thinking.”
Why?
Because it’s a highly addictive drug that has all kinds of health risks.
Coffee in moderation is great. Although, I want to highlight coffee with milk/cream like lattes [1] etc can quickly add on lots of calories.

For coffee geeks out there who love brewing their fresh cup in the morning. I recommend watching alans adlers talk at CoffeeCon [2]. He goes into great detail on various techniques (percolation/immersion) and acid / oil levels of different types of beans/roast. You can fine tune brewing methods to get a much healthier version of coffee.
