I'm I the only one who finds it surprising executives continue to leave gold for opposing attorneys in emails? Surely the smart executives at Apple could have foreseen a major lawsuit about anti-competitive practices (that they are discussing over email!).
On another note, Epic's slides seem more memorable than Apple's. Yellow highlight with Red border really locks an image into your mind. The "in their own words" gotcha-style is much more interesting than Apple's slides. These shouldn't matter, but availability bias is big for juries.
