I first read it in 1999, when half of it sounded like science fiction, like the computer map in the pizza delivery vehicle, and the robot dog, and the other half had already become real, like the metaverse (this was just when Second Life came up).
Today almost all of the gadgets described in the book have become real products that can be purchased. Except the pencil-sized minigun maybe.

I'd say the farthest from reality are the skateboard/motorcycle wheels.
