Smart Voting (Russian: Умное голосование) is a tactical voting strategy put forward by the team of Alexei Navalny with the aim of depriving the United Russia party of votes in regional and federal elections. The goal of "Smart Voting" is to consolidate the votes of those who oppose United Russia. Today, opposition leaders report that YouTube started blocking links to Smart Voting website.
Good. When i first heard about Navalny i was hopeful, but after deeper investigating of him calling people "cockroaches" and "vermin", i think he is a sketchy guy
