Is Comcast having an “ad hoc CM Crisis?”

Received a boilerplate customer agreement email from Comcast Xfinity. There's not much point in even reading these, but today's had an interesting query string:

https://www.xfinity.com/Corporate/Customers/Policies/SubscriberAgreement?rid=666&mid=20210508_Adhoc_CM_Crisis_UpdatedResiSvcAgreement

Are they having an "ad hoc CM crisis" we should know about?

(p.s. I redacted and replaced the original rid value, since I suspect it's PII.)

Well if they weren't before, perhaps they are now?
The diff from the last Internet Archive version (May 2nd) to this new version is illegibly massive, basically a complete rewrite even though many of the section headers made it through roughly intact. A lot of references to specific localities and technologies have been stricken. If this is a crisis response, it seems like they rushed out a major new version of the agreement instead of making surgical revisions. ("CM" can mean "crisis management", btw, so may be redundant in the string.)
