Ask HN: Where can I find exercises on problem domain solving?

I am reading books on Software Design and Java/Jakarta EE and I am looking for exercises to practice it.

All the resources I found on "Programming Exercises" are either focus on Data Structure/Algorithm or are just very simple CRUD app.

Ideally I am looking for exercises like: "I want a software to calculate taxes, here are the tax rules etc..."

Is there any books or website that provide that kind of exercises?
