I guess this from the Executive Summary is a good start - "Of special concern, the prevalence and intensity of hate speech and harassment stands out as the most significant problem in urgent need of improvement."
It is obvious social media is unsafe for anyone(children, lgbtq, women) using it. We should just ban it. Allow only media companies to have a voice over the internet, it isn't for people to share what's happening in their part of the world unless it's on the media's agenda. How did we plebs get so far in the first place? Allowed to voice opinions against the ruling class online, smh..
