Ask HN: Leadership across the board has been sniped by new org
What happens next?
The tech company is aware of this and tries to address it in numerous all hands, but the company keeps having brain drain from key people to a new giant. Attrition rates are very high, retention is all time low and poor (non-existing) succession planning.
I'm happy where I'm at, I have RSU's and I feel this is a good time to kind of strike back and get a raise/more rsu's by locking myself in deeper/doubling down. I'm not in management, but I'm in engineering.
Or do I have the wrong idea of the above?
